Had a listen to the whole thing today and it seems it dropped a couple of tunes towards the end, no idea why. I can’t replace the audio on mixcloud, but I’ve replaced the download (link below).
Almost 2 hours of Italo Disco, although there are a couple of tunes I wouldn’t necessarily classify as Italo on here as well. This is the mix I promised after I ran Italo Week, so after a slight delay here it is. The tunes are a selection of the vinyls I’ve found in the 80s DJ collection I bough a while back (there are probably more as I still haven’t gone through all of them).
I make no claims of being a “real” DJ or anything, I just have lots of music, but I do try my best not to fup the mixes :). So you know, if there are a couple of rough transitions, that’s why.
Also, I had to code this down quite a bit to fit the size requirement on mixcloud, but you can grab a better copy here.
So that’s it for Italo Week (at least for this time), hope y’all found some good tunes in there somewhere.
I was going to make a mix with some of the 12”s I upped plus some other things, but time is too short at the moment and I have other obligations. It will still get made though, but sometime during next week.
